Job Description
The role involves comprehensive risk control and financial security operations within a dynamic environment. Key aspects include:
- Conducting withdrawal reviews and handling daily financial risk cases to ensure transaction security
- Performing risk assessments on user behaviors (account security, fund anomalies, etc.) following established risk control policies and SOPs
- Identifying various risk patterns including but not limited to triangular arbitrage, chain tracking, K-line anomalies, long-short locking, account theft, arbitrage activities, and abnormal fund flows
- Implementing tagging, interception, and capture measures for high-risk accounts
- Collaborating with team members to report and address detected issues and abnormal cases
- Maintaining complete and traceable audit records and data documentation as required
Key Responsibilities
- Execute thorough examination of withdrawal requests and financial transactions
- Monitor and analyze user activities for potential security threats
- Apply risk control measures according to predefined protocols
- Document and report suspicious activities with detailed evidence
- Participate in continuous improvement of risk detection methodologies
Job Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in risk control, operations, customer service or related fields (exchange experience preferred)
- Fundamental risk awareness with ability to identify abnormal behaviors
- Strong sense of responsibility and excellent execution capabilities
- Good logical judgment and decision-making skills based on established criteria
- Willingness to work in shifts including nights and weekends when required
- Proficiency in basic office tools, with data analysis skills being an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in financial services or cryptocurrency industry
- Knowledge of blockchain transaction analysis
- Familiarity with risk management systems and tools
Compensation & Benefits
