Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development professional to lead our digital asset custody and wallet business expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive revenue growth and establish long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to expand our digital asset custody and wallet business
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through both inbound and outbound sales techniques
  • Identify, source and close new institutional accounts while maximizing opportunities with existing clients through cross-selling and upselling
  • Manage the complete sales life cycle including presentations, product demos, proposals, agreement negotiation, and client onboarding coordination
  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product development and marketing strategies
  • Establish and nurture channel partnerships to build a robust pipeline of client referrals
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and events to support branding and marketing initiatives
Job Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in digital assets, fintech or financial services
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to understand complex financial products and articulate value propositions clearly
  • Experience in institutional sales and managing high-value client relationships
  • Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute business growth plans
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology and digital asset custody solutions is a plus
