Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development professional to lead our digital asset custody and wallet business expansion. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to drive revenue growth and establish long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute a comprehensive sales and business development strategy to expand our digital asset custody and wallet business
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through both inbound and outbound sales techniques
- Identify, source and close new institutional accounts while maximizing opportunities with existing clients through cross-selling and upselling
- Manage the complete sales life cycle including presentations, product demos, proposals, agreement negotiation, and client onboarding coordination
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with product development and marketing strategies
- Establish and nurture channel partnerships to build a robust pipeline of client referrals
- Represent the company at industry conferences and events to support branding and marketing initiatives
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in digital assets, fintech or financial services
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand complex financial products and articulate value propositions clearly
- Experience in institutional sales and managing high-value client relationships
- Strategic thinker with ability to develop and execute business growth plans
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and digital asset custody solutions is a plus
