Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team, a world leading provider of digital asset custody services. The ideal candidate will have strong connections within the Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) sectors, and a proven track record of driving business growth in the digital asset or financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our client base and increase market share within the digital asset custody industry.
  • Leverage existing relationships and build new connections within the VC and ecosystem foundations to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align business development efforts with company goals.
  • Identify, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships that enhance our service offerings and market position.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our brand and establish thought leadership.
  • Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and partners, effectively communicating our value proposition.
  • Track and report on business development activities, results, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior management.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the digital asset or financial services industry.
  • Strong network and connections within the Venture Capital (VC) and Private Equity (PE) sectors.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering presentations and proposals.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of achieving business growth targets.
