Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Web3 Game Platform Sales Specialist. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our overseas markets and driving the growth of our innovative Web3 game aggregation platform. You will be responsible for establishing meaningful connections with potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting opportunities into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
  • Expand overseas markets by promoting our Web3 game aggregation platform and initiating sales with potential customers
  • Establish and maintain contact with prospective clients to build a strong sales pipeline
  • Understand customer requirements and provide professional product demonstrations and tailored solutions
  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with clients to reach mutually beneficial sales agreements
  • Build and nurture long-term customer relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent service
  • Track project progress meticulously to ensure complete customer satisfaction throughout the engagement
  • Address customer feedback and complaints promptly to maintain smooth cooperation and business continuity
  • Drive customer renewals and upsell additional products/services to maximize account value
  • Collect valuable industry intelligence and customer insights to inform business strategies
  • Identify and engage potential customers through multiple channels including digital platforms and networking
  • Utilize market insights and analytical skills to guide customer decision-making and close deals effectively
Sales Performance Management
  • Develop comprehensive sales plans and execute them with precision to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and track sales targets and key performance indicators regularly
  • Prepare and present detailed sales progress reports to management on a consistent basis
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Adjust sales strategies dynamically based on market conditions and performance metrics
  • Strive to meet or exceed all assigned sales targets through proactive and strategic approaches
Qualifications & Skills
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in gaming or Web3 industries
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and the gaming ecosystem
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and customer insights
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to adapt strategies based on market feedback and performance metrics
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
