With such a diverse portfolio, you'll have everything clients need at your fingertips.
What You'll Do:
- Drive the promotion, deal closure, and client onboarding for the company's full product range.
- Handle both new customer acquisition and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Boost BIT's visibility by attending conferences, meetups, and networking events—both online and offline.
- Gather client feedback and relay it to the product team to drive improvements.
- Ensure a seamless client experience that encourages referrals and long-term loyalty.
Job Requirements
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Is a crypto veteran with deep industry knowledge, a knack for engaging conversations, and the ability to connect with clients, KOLs, communities, funds, and project teams.
- Has experience in Web3 B2B/B2C sales (e.g., exchanges, wallets, data platforms, or infrastructure) and strong business acumen.
- Possesses a solid network of high-value clients, offline circles, and channels for client acquisition and long-term relationship management.
- Stays agile and adapts quickly to market changes, even without direct supervision.
