Who We Are:
BIT (formerly known as Matrixport) offers a comprehensive suite of products including crypto wealth management and lending, offline structured products, trading (crypto/crypto, US stocks, OTC fiat), custody (Cactus), and RWA (tokenized gold/silver/US Treasury bonds). In short, we provide everything your clients might need.
What You'll Do:
- Promote, close deals, and onboard clients for the company's full product line.
- Handle new client acquisition and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Boost BIT's visibility by attending conferences, meetups, and networking events.
- Gather client feedback and relay it to the product team for improvements.
- Ensure client satisfaction to drive referrals and organic growth.
Job Requirements
We're Looking for Someone Who:
- Is a crypto veteran with industry experience, a sense of humor, and the ability to engage with clients, KOLs, communities, funds, and project teams authentically.
- Has Web3 B2B/B2C sales experience (e.g., exchanges, wallets, data platforms, infrastructure) and strong business acumen.
- Possesses a solid client network, offline connections, and channels for long-term business development.
- Stays agile with market trends and can adapt independently without micromanagement.
