Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to independently handle core hiring demands across all business lines of our cryptocurrency exchange. This role covers end-to-end recruitment for positions including spot/contract trading, market maker partnerships, wallet security, KYC/AML compliance, user growth, and customer service risk control.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of recruitment delivery for exchange's mission-critical roles across all business functions
- Develop targeted sourcing strategies for industry-scarce talents, building and maintaining an exclusive talent pool for exchange positions
- Support high-volume recruitment for entry-level positions through process standardization and channel optimization to meet business expansion needs
- Design specialized recruitment workflows and data operations tailored to exchange-specific requirements (e.g., enhanced background checks, mandatory compliance interviews)
- Enhance employer branding by consistently communicating the exchange's security, compliance and innovation values throughout candidate journeys
- Provide expert consultation on industry professionals' key concerns including asset security, career development and regulatory risks
Job Requirements
- 3+ years full-cycle recruitment experience with minimum 1 year in Web3/crypto exchanges or blockchain projects
- Proven track record of successful hires across at least 3 functional areas (technology, product, operations, compliance) in exchange environment
- Deep understanding of Web3 talent landscape including compensation benchmarks, mobility patterns and effective sourcing channels
- Ability to differentiate between CEX/DEX talent requirements and assess business impact/risk factors for exchange roles
- Strong compliance awareness regarding sanctions screening, background verification and other risk control measures in hiring
- Excellent communication skills to engage business leaders, manage compensation expectations and build candidate trust
- Experience supporting exchange setup (0-1 phase) or rapid scaling preferred
