Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through comprehensive testing methodologies.
- Design, review, and execute functional and automated test cases to ensure product quality.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to conduct various tests, including functional, performance, stability, disaster recovery, and exception testing.
- Develop and maintain testing tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and adaptability under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough testing of product features and automation scripts.
- Work closely with development teams to identify and resolve issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in test development with strong analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python and at least one automation testing framework.
- Strong foundation in computer science, including networking and databases.
- Excellent product awareness and ability to propose effective solutions.
- High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial industry, especially with options and structured financial products.
- Prior exposure to Web3 technologies is a plus.
