Job Description
As a design professional, you will provide comprehensive support for marketing and branding initiatives by creating and managing visual assets such as graphics, logos, and promotional materials. Your role involves actively collaborating with cross-functional teams to align design projects with strategic brand objectives and upcoming campaigns. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple design projects from concept development to final deliverables, ensuring meticulous attention to detail, craftsmanship, and efficient time management to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards. Additionally, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to translate complex requirements into visually appealing and functional designs. This includes developing and refining concepts, wireframes, and mockups to effectively communicate design solutions. You will also participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and brainstorming activities to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment. A key aspect of the role is maintaining design documentation such as style guides and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables. You will collaborate with developers to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions and provide ongoing support during the development lifecycle. Finally, you will stay current with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the quality and relevance of your work.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute design strategies that align with brand goals and marketing campaigns
  • Lead end-to-end design projects from initial concept to final implementation

Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in graphic design, branding, or related fields
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch
  • Strong understanding of brand identity principles and visual hierarchy
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills for cross-functional teamwork
  • Ability to translate abstract concepts into tangible design solutions
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to quality in all deliverables
  • Experience with design documentation creation and maintenance
