Job Description
The Growth Operations Specialist will be responsible for designing and executing various growth-oriented activities throughout the user lifecycle and agent development path. This role focuses on achieving monthly operational targets through well-structured viral campaigns such as "Referral Competitions," "Trading Challenges," and "Agent Leaderboards."
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement both online and offline growth activities based on user lifecycle and agent development stages.
- Execute scheduled viral campaigns to meet monthly operational objectives, including referral programs, trading challenges, and agent performance leaderboards.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign processes, including rule design, page setup, incentive budgeting, user communication, launch scheduling, and post-campaign analysis.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Business Development, Content, and Customer Support teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
- Establish a data tracking system to analyze campaign ROI and optimize reusable templates and operational frameworks.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher with 3+ years of experience in operations or campaign planning, preferably in exchange platforms or consumer-facing internet companies.
- Proficient in growth operations and user incentive mechanisms, with hands-on experience in scaling campaigns from 0 to 100+ participants.
- Strong logical thinking, stress resistance, and project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
- Familiarity with campaign scheduling tools, data dashboards, and collaboration platforms like JIRA/Notion.
