Job Description
Senior Operations Designer: 1. Execution and delivery of operational visual design Responsible for the overall operational visual design of the platform, including event posters, landing pages, H5, banners, social media materials, etc., to support user growth, conversion, and brand communication. Participate in key operational projects (such as market trends, hot events, event collaborations, brand partnerships, etc.), delivering creative designs with strong communication and conversion capabilities. 2. Visual strategy driven by business objectives Deeply involved in operational strategy formulation, collaborating closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to translate business objectives (user acquisition, conversion, engagement, retention) into high-quality visual solutions. Later, participate in the formulation and upgrading of operational direction and brand visual strategy with the operations team. 3. Agile response and content conversion optimization in the Web3 industry Leverage Web3 industry characteristics (hotspot-driven, user sentiment, market fluctuations) to quickly respond to industry trends, enhancing content timeliness and click-through conversion. Continuously track design performance (click-through rate, conversion rate, etc.), and optimize based on data and user feedback. 4. Operational design system construction and asset accumulation Participate in building the operational design system, including: Operational visual guidelines (style/layout/brand consistency) Template systems (event templates, banner systems), component library construction (illustrations/icons/animations, etc.) Improve overall design efficiency and consistency. 5. Design collaboration and team capability enhancement Work with the team to elevate design capabilities and aesthetic standards, participate in design reviews and knowledge sharing (team includes UI/operational design roles), and promote the consolidation and unification of design methods and standards within the team. 6. Cross-team collaboration and complex project execution Collaborate efficiently with multiple roles (product, operations, marketing, etc.), driving project execution in complex requirements and multi-project environments, ensuring effective alignment between design solutions and business objectives at the execution level.
Job Requirements
Senior Operations Designer: 1. Educational background and experience Full-time bachelor's degree or higher (no consideration for associate degrees), with 5+ years of experience in internet/Web3/financial operational design. Experience with exchanges or financial platforms is preferred. 2. Design quality and high-frequency output capability Clear standards and judgment for operational design quality, with stable design quality control, and the ability to consistently deliver high-level visual content under high-frequency output and tight deadlines. 3. Aesthetic and strategic capabilities Mature aesthetic sense and brand awareness, able to deliver strategic and conversion-oriented design solutions based on business objectives, not just at the visual execution level. 4. Business understanding and growth orientation Understand operational and growth logic (user acquisition/retention/conversion), and translate abstract business objectives into clear and effective visual expressions. 5. Tool proficiency and technical expansion Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, with mature AI-assisted design capabilities (e.g., Lovart, DreamUp, etc.), and experience in enhancing creative output and efficiency in actual projects. Motion graphics or video skills are a plus. 6. Problem-solving and cross-team collaboration Strong information integration and communication skills, able to independently break down problems and propose solutions when requirements are incomplete or unclear. Excellent cross-team communication skills to efficiently collaborate with operations, product, marketing, and other roles to drive project execution. 7. Industry awareness and professionalism Basic understanding of the Web3/Crypto industry (trading logic, market trends, hotspot mechanisms, community culture, etc.), with sensitivity to industry changes. Strong execution and stress resistance, adaptable to high-frequency activity rhythms and rapid iteration environments. Self-driven, accountable for design quality and business results, willing to take on ambiguous tasks, and continuously review and optimize design output.
