Job Description
The candidate should possess a solid understanding of the Web3, Crypto, and blockchain industry, including fundamental concepts such as Layer2, DeFi, DAO, ecosystem projects, and community governance, with a willingness to continuously learn. Excellent communication and coordination skills are required to efficiently engage with users, KOLs, partners, internal teams, and external resources. Strong creative thinking is essential to design engaging, interactive, and viral community activities and growth strategies. Responsibilities include managing full-channel community operations for exchange simulation and live trading phases across mainstream Web3 social platforms like Telegram and Discord. The role also involves collecting user feedback, analyzing community data, optimizing operational strategies, and providing decision-making support for product iterations. Close collaboration with marketing, product, and customer service teams is necessary to ensure information synchronization and a consistent user experience. Monitoring community sentiment, addressing user issues, and mitigating negative feedback to maintain brand reputation are also key duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute community growth strategies for Web3 platforms
- Design and organize interactive community activities to boost engagement
- Manage daily operations on Telegram, Discord, and other Web3 social channels
- Analyze user behavior data to optimize community management approaches
- Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration to align community operations with product goals
- Monitor and respond to community feedback in real-time
- Identify and nurture community KOLs to amplify brand influence
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of Web3/blockchain community operations experience, preferably in exchanges or DeFi projects
- Deep understanding of cryptocurrency market trends and user behavior patterns
- Proven track record of building communities from scratch and executing cold starts
- Fluent in both English and Chinese for global user communication
- Proficient with community management tools (Telegram Bots, Discord, etc.)
- Basic data analysis skills to drive operational decisions
- Bonus: Experience with simulation product operations or KOL collaboration
- Bonus: Trading experience to better understand user needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in operating simulation trading products and user education processes
- Existing network of KOLs/KOCs or experience in KOL collaboration
- Knowledge of compliance requirements balancing user experience and risk control
