Job Description
Responsible for the development of VIP clients, including but not limited to platform cooperation, product marketing, business channel development, and client relationship management. This role requires proactive engagement with high-value clients to identify their needs, tailor solutions, and drive long-term partnerships. Key tasks involve coordinating with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies, negotiate platform collaboration agreements, and expand business channels in overseas markets. Additionally, the position entails monitoring client feedback and optimizing service delivery to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and data mining of overseas user growth metrics, utilizing tools like Google Analytics and Tableau to uncover actionable insights. These insights must be translated into strategic recommendations to guide team initiatives and improve user acquisition rates.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive market research programs, including the continuous tracking of overseas user growth channels and media trends. Regularly produce detailed market research reports that highlight growth opportunities, competitive landscape changes, and regional market dynamics.
  • Oversee the daily maintenance of overseas institutional clients, brokers, and community platforms (e.g., Telegram, Kakao). This includes managing client communication, resolving queries, and ensuring timely updates on platform features and services. Periodic KPI targets must be met to maintain client engagement and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor external competitive products and services, conducting regular benchmarking to identify market gaps and innovation opportunities. Propose creative and business-driven strategies to enhance platform competitiveness, such as feature improvements or marketing campaigns.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with design, copywriting, product, and R&D teams to align on expansion plans. Ensure seamless communication and coordination to translate strategic goals into actionable execution, while maintaining a focus on user-centric solutions.
  • Participate in inter-provincial and overseas industry conferences to stay updated on market trends and network with key stakeholders. Maintain ongoing exchanges with partners to strengthen relationships and explore collaborative opportunities for mutual growth.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in client development, market research, and business strategy execution, preferably in international markets. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful business insights.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and market research methodologies. Ability to produce high-quality reports with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to engage with both internal teams and external clients. Must be able to articulate strategies effectively and manage client expectations.
  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of working across departments to achieve common goals. Experience in fostering teamwork and aligning cross-functional priorities.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language (e.g., Spanish, French, or Mandarin) to support overseas operations. Cultural awareness and adaptability to navigate international markets.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results within tight deadlines. Strong organizational skills to maintain operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with a history of driving business growth and client retention. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
