1、Oversee the end-to-end sales process for the BD team, including sales target setting, strategy execution, and process optimization.2、Monitor the sales pipeline, analyze conversion rates at different stages, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvement measures.3、Conduct regular sales meetings to track BD team performance, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with business goals.4、Update and analyze daily sales data (e.g., revenue, PIP, commission, conversion rates) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.5、Evaluate BD team performance based on data insights and provide recommendations to senior management.6、Prepare and present periodic sales performance reports, highlighting key findings and improvement areas.7、Manage the full lifecycle of sales contracts, ensuring clarity, compliance, and proper execution tracking.8、Calculate and submit monthly commission reports to the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely payments.9、Celebrate successful deals with congratulatory messages or banners to boost team morale.10、Act as the liaison between sales and other departments (finance, project delivery, marketing, etc.) to coordinate materials, commission processing, and contract-related matters.11、Ensure sales support resources (e.g., marketing materials, sales tools) are available to help the BD team achieve their targets.12、Draft and maintain sales-related documents, including sales policies, budget plans, and BD process updates.13、Develop and refine sales SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to enhance team efficiency and workflow standardization.14、Undertake additional tasks assigned by senior management to support overall sales objectives.1、监督业务拓展(BD)团队的端到端销售流程,包括销售目标设定、策略执行以及流程优化。2、监控销售漏斗,分析不同阶段的转化率,找出瓶颈并提出改进措施。3、定期组织销售会议,跟踪 BD 团队的业绩表现,提供指导,并确保与业务目标保持一致。4、更新和分析每日销售数据(如收入、潜在机会点(PIP)、佣金、转化率),确保数据的准确性和及时性。5、根据数据分析评估 BD 团队的业绩,并向高级管理层提供建议。6、编制并提交定期销售业绩报告,突出关键发现和改进领域。7、管理销售合同的整个生命周期,确保合同清晰、合规,并对执行情况进行适当跟踪。8、计算并向财务部门提交月度佣金报告,确保支付准确且及时。9、通过祝贺信息或横幅庆祝成功交易,以提升团队士气。10、作为销售部门与其他部门(财务、项目交付、市场等)之间的联络人,协调物料、佣金处理及合同相关事宜。11、确保销售支持资源(如营销材料、销售工具)到位,以帮助 BD 团队实现目标。12、起草并维护与销售相关的文件,包括销售政策、预算计划和 BD 流程更新。13、制定并完善销售标准作业程序(SOP),以提高团队效率和工作流程标准化程度。14、承担高级管理层分配的其他任务,以支持整体销售目标。
