We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to develop and implement strategies that foster an engaged and active community. This role involves organizing events, managing communications, analyzing data, and collaborating across teams to ensure our community aligns with Chakra's brand values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Activity Planning
- Develop and implement community operation strategies, creating engagement activities and competitions
- Organize and host online/offline events, webinars, and meetups aligned with brand values
- Facilitate Q&A (AMA) sessions with key team members
- Information Communication
- Convey community feedback and monitor sentiment
- Develop/maintain knowledge base, FAQs, and support documentation
- Respond to inquiries and technical issues professionally
- Coordinate content translation for global audiences
- Community Data Management
- Track and analyze community growth and engagement metrics
- Develop strategies for member acquisition and retention
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Management
- Oversee social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord)
- Implement reward programs and manage Ambassador Program
- Manage community budgets and resources efficiently
- Handle crisis management and conflict resolution
- Department Coordination
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams
- Report community metrics and trends to senior management
- Ensure community voice is reflected in company decisions
- Community Representation
- Maintain active presence in all community channels
- Manage community partnerships and collaborations
- Represent Chakra at industry forums and events
Job Requirements
- 3+ years experience in community management or related role
- Proven track record of growing and engaging online communities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret community data
- Experience managing social media platforms and community tools
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Creative problem-solving skills and crisis management experience
- Passion for blockchain/Web3 technology preferred
- Multilingual capabilities a plus
