As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing Nubit's online community, ensuring its health and activity. Through effective communication and engaging activities, you will enhance user satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Interaction Management: Actively engage with users on platforms like Discord and Telegram, answer questions, provide support, and promote Nubit's latest updates and features.
- Content and Event Planning: Plan and publish community newsletters and updates, organize AMAs, online meetups, and other community events.
- Crisis and Feedback Management: Monitor community feedback, promptly address and resolve issues or crises, and maintain a positive community atmosphere.
- Community Growth and Maintenance: Implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones, boosting overall community engagement and satisfaction.
