Job Description
Seeking a dedicated professional to drive developer engagement and growth for Cobo's wallet platform and developer tools. This role will focus on building and maintaining a vibrant developer community through strategic outreach, event organization, and onboarding processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance developer experience and foster innovation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and sustain an active developer network by promoting Cobo's wallet platform and tools through targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Plan and execute both in-house and co-hosted events, including developer conferences, workshops, webinars, and hackathons, to create opportunities for community interaction.
  • Represent Cobo at industry conferences and meetups, delivering presentations and engaging with developers to build brand awareness and technical credibility.
  • Manage and grow developer communication channels such as Discord, forums, and social media platforms to ensure consistent engagement and feedback collection.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison for developers, promptly addressing questions, concerns, and resolving technical issues to maintain community trust.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive developer onboarding journey, guiding users from initial website engagement to in-depth documentation and tool usage.
  • Create educational materials including guides, demos, video tutorials, blog posts, and technical documentation to support developers at every stage of their integration.
  • Monitor and share critical developer insights, industry trends, and platform updates with internal teams such as product, engineering, and sales to inform strategic decisions.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in developer relations, community management, or product marketing with a demonstrated track record of building and nurturing developer ecosystems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with developers and convey technical information clearly.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple events, onboarding processes, and community initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Technical proficiency in blockchain platforms, wallet development, or related technologies to provide accurate support and guidance to developers.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales teams to align developer initiatives with business goals.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms to develop engaging onboarding materials and community resources.
  • Experience with community management platforms (e.g., Discord, Slack) and familiarity with developer feedback loops to enhance user experience.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical challenges and provide actionable solutions for developers.
  • Ability to analyze developer engagement metrics and adapt strategies to improve community growth and platform adoption.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with developers, partners, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a professional demeanor.
