We are seeking a dedicated Community Operations Specialist to manage and grow our online community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing community strategies to enhance user engagement, drive acquisition, and maintain a vibrant and active community environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage the community according to its phased goals and plans, ensuring user acquisition and retention.
- Enhance community activity by planning and executing engaging topics and activities to meet business demand indicators.
- Explore user needs, plan and execute targeted online marketing activities, and track their effectiveness to improve user stickiness, activity, and conversion rates.
- Interact actively with users to identify potential and core users, promote user conversion, and develop key user cultivation plans.
- Record and analyze daily operational data to reflect community and user behavior, optimize community structure, and refine operational methods.
- Maintain close communication with community users, gather feedback, and collaborate with relevant departments to implement improvements.
