Job Description
We are looking for a Community Manager to oversee and enhance our online community engagement. You will be responsible for managing community interactions, driving user retention, and increasing activity levels through strategic planning and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage community drainage, user retention, and activity, plan activities to promote user communication and on-site conversion
- Handle CM/MOD recruitment, management, and training to ensure a high-quality moderation team
- Develop and implement a community growth plan to attract new members and increase participation and interaction frequency
- Identify and collaborate with industry KOLs and other communities for joint promotions and cross-community activities
- Independently plan, organize, and execute community events while managing budgets and activity details
- Conduct research on KOL and community collaboration opportunities and develop operational plans for implementation
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management or a related role
- Strong understanding of community engagement strategies and user retention techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to identify and collaborate with key opinion leaders (KOLs)
- Experience in planning and executing community events and activities
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with online communities or social media platforms
- Knowledge of community analytics and performance metrics
- Familiarity with content management systems and community platforms
