We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Crypto & Web3 Support Specialist. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance on cryptocurrency and Web3 technologies while ensuring exceptional service experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding cryptocurrency and Web3 technologies with accurate and timely information
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution of issues
  • Track and follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
  • Create and maintain comprehensive help center articles and documentation
  • Develop engaging event proposals and activity plans to enhance customer engagement
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to provide accurate and effective solutions to customers
  • Provide on-site customer support at industry exhibitions and events as part of the team
