Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring prompt resolution of issues
- Track and follow up on customer issues to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
- Create and maintain comprehensive help center articles and documentation
- Develop engaging event proposals and activity plans to enhance customer engagement
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to provide accurate and effective solutions to customers
- Provide on-site customer support at industry exhibitions and events as part of the team
