Job Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for interacting with customers and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. The role may also involve providing technical support to customers and assisting with customer satisfaction initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive inquiries from users through online customer service tools and answer users' concerns
  • Provide timely feedback on existing problems in the process, collect and organize issues
  • Brainstorm obstacles in user experience, identify user needs, and promote problem-solving and process optimization
  • Assist with customer satisfaction initiatives and provide technical support when needed
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in Korean and English (Mandarin ability is preferred)
  • Strong business sensitivity with ability to grasp essential business concepts after training
  • Financial knowledge and experience are preferred
  • Ability to adapt to shift work, including long night shifts
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer support or related field
  • Technical support background or experience
  • Experience in financial services industry
  • Multilingual capabilities beyond the required languages
