Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Offline Promotion Manager to lead our ground marketing initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing offline promotion strategies to drive market expansion and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in organizing successful ground events and managing high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement offline promotion strategies to achieve market expansion targets
- Plan and organize various ground activities including brand roadshows, community/shopping mall events to enhance brand exposure and conversion rates
- Manage and train ground promotion teams, establishing efficient execution processes and performance evaluation systems
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and marketing departments to optimize offline promotion and user growth strategies
- Collect market and competitive intelligence, analyze activity data, and continuously improve promotion effectiveness
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above with 3-5 years of ground promotion/marketing experience, including team management
- Familiar with target city markets and possessing established ground promotion channels or merchant partnerships
- Ability to independently plan and execute large-scale ground promotion events with measurable performance indicators
- Strong team management, communication, coordination, and project execution skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to optimize promotion effectiveness and improve ROI through data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with existing ground promotion teams or established business district resources
- Experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, Web3, or fintech industries
- Background in community building, offline events, or exchange promotions
- Experience managing multiple regional teams or cross-regional promotion campaigns
