Job Description
This role involves providing comprehensive support to the Leader by acting as a bridge between management and operations. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to assist in decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Under the guidance of the Leader, perform related work to serve as a trusted advisor and assistant, ensuring smooth communication and comprehensive services.
- Assign and oversee specific management tasks within the enterprise, checking and urging their implementation status.
- Assist the Leader in managing and supervising various aspects of business services, monitoring implementation and execution progress.
- Conduct research and investigations to understand the company's business management situation, providing suggestions or recommendations to support the Leader's decision-making.
- Organize and document office meetings and other sessions, drafting resolutions, decisions, and other official documents for release.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to act as a liaison between the Leader and other departments.
- Proficiency in drafting official documents, meeting minutes, and reports.

- Experience in a similar administrative or assistant role is preferred.
