Job Description
This role is responsible for managing the entire recruitment and onboarding process for technical positions within the organization. The candidate will oversee the development and implementation of recruitment policies and handbooks that outline company procedures for hiring. They will coordinate all stages of the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing qualified candidates through professional recruitment channels to facilitating their integration into the company. The position requires proactive management of new hire onboarding, including preparing comprehensive onboarding kits, organizing office tours, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Additionally, the role involves maintaining communication with new employees through various channels to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with company expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain recruitment policies and handbooks that detail company operations and procedures for hiring.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates from professional recruitment platforms and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate interviews and assessments with internal teams to evaluate candidates against job requirements.
- Prepare and deliver onboarding kits to new hires, containing essential information about company culture, parking, work schedules, and dress codes.
- Organize office tours and introductions to team members to facilitate new employee integration.
- Provide new hires with technical manuals, guidelines, and access credentials as needed for their role.
- Assign initial tasks and address any questions or concerns during the onboarding phase.
- Ensure new employees receive adequate technical support for setting up hardware, software, and other work-related tools.
- Manage and file all documentation related to new hires, including employment contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
- Arrange product demonstrations and company presentations to familiarize new employees with the organization's offerings.
- Maintain consistent communication with new hires through phone calls, in-person meetings, and email to ensure clarity and alignment with company goals.
- Coordinate required paperwork, computer equipment orders, and follow-up actions to ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with company standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding procedures to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure new hires are fully prepared for their roles and responsibilities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment and onboarding to enhance processes and outcomes.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in technical recruitment and onboarding processes, with a strong understanding of hiring best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and new employees.

- Experience in negotiating salaries and benefits on behalf of the company to ensure competitive compensation packages.

- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with new hires and create a positive onboarding experience.
