Job Description
As an HR Business Partner (Recruitment Direction), you will be responsible for driving strategic recruitment initiatives to support the growth of our Web3 business. This role requires a deep understanding of international talent markets and the ability to identify, attract, and retain high-caliber professionals who can contribute to our business development goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational objectives and ensure the successful implementation of talent strategies across global operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the recruitment of overseas talent for Web3 markets, developing targeted strategies to expand talent pipelines and secure top-tier business development professionals.
  • Optimize the entire recruitment process to maximize hiring success rates and ensure seamless job-candidate matching through rigorous screening and assessment.
  • Conduct in-depth industry research to gather actionable insights and provide data-driven decision support for business management strategies.
  • Collaborate with operations teams on recruitment-related initiatives beyond traditional hiring, including internal promotion programs, campus recruitment campaigns, and interviewer training sessions.
  • Provide strategic solutions to address talent-related challenges across organizational lifecycle stages, from talent acquisition to onboarding and retention, while promoting cultural integration and business growth.
  • Build and maintain a positive organizational culture by fostering team atmosphere, implementing company values, and ensuring alignment with business development priorities.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with a focus on international markets and Web3 industries. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong background in overseas talent acquisition.
  • Excellent understanding of business development recruitment needs and the ability to translate them into effective hiring strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate recruitment data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improving hiring outcomes.
  • Ability to conduct video interviews and assess candidates through 1-2 interview rounds, ensuring alignment with company culture and business goals.
  • Preferred qualifications include overseas education or work experience, as well as headhunting expertise in high-growth sectors.
  • Proficiency in cross-cultural communication and the ability to navigate international labor markets effectively.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple recruitment initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Working Hours

This role requires flexible working hours to accommodate global time zones and ensure timely progress on recruitment projects. While core working hours are typically during business days, occasional weekend availability may be necessary to meet urgent hiring deadlines or conduct critical recruitment activities.

Interview Method

All interview processes will be conducted via video conferencing to facilitate remote assessments and ensure a streamlined hiring experience. This method allows for efficient evaluation of candidates' professional capabilities and cultural fit while maintaining confidentiality and reducing logistical complexities.

Interview Rounds

The recruitment process will consist of 1-2 structured interview rounds, designed to thoroughly assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with company values. These rounds will include both technical and behavioral evaluations to ensure the selection of the most suitable candidates for the role.
