Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Requirement Gathering and Solutioning:
  • Collaborate with clients during the sales cycle to comprehensively understand their integration needs.
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide technical insights and develop tailored solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Engage in solutioning discussions with clients, ensuring alignment between their needs and our technical capabilities.
• Technical Documentation:
  • Create custom technical documentation for customers, detailing the integration process and configurations based on their specific solution.
  • Ensure documentation is clear, comprehensive, and user-friendly, aiding customers in the successful implementation of solutions.
• Customer Support:
  • Provide ongoing support to customers during the integration phase, addressing technical queries and challenges.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
  • Conduct troubleshooting of API calls and JavaScript configurations to ensure seamless integration.
• Bug Reporting:
  • Identify and document bugs encountered by customers during the integration process.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team by providing detailed bug reports to facilitate efficient issue resolution.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technical solutions, customer support, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of API integrations and JavaScript configurations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to create clear and comprehensive technical documentation.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
