Job Description
This position is responsible for managing and developing business relationships with contracted clients, ensuring the successful execution of company-related projects. The candidate will maintain consistent communication with clients to address their needs and identify new collaboration opportunities. Key responsibilities include coordinating with senior management to handle external client interactions, participating in industry conferences, business negotiations, and other public events to enhance company visibility. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of contracted clients, from initial onboarding to long-term relationship maintenance, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, facilitating seamless communication and resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities, expanding the client base through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and negotiations, contributing to brand reputation and partnership development.

Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client management, preferably within the blockchain or technology sector.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and present ideas effectively to diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities, manage schedules, and coordinate complex projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in blockchain technologies, including but not limited to smart contracts, decentralized applications, and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions and client strategies.
  • Fluency in English, with additional language skills being a plus for international client interactions.
