Job Description
The Business Operations Analyst will play a key role in supporting daily product management and operational workflows. This position involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and improve customer experience through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily product management support and coordinate releases of products and features
- Develop and update internal procedures for senior stakeholder review to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce operational risks
- Collect and analyze community feedback regularly, working with stakeholders to enhance customer experience
- Utilize spreadsheets and data tracking tools (Confluent/Superset) to analyze data and provide recommendations for product design and business optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments including finance, treasury, legal, product, and risk
Job Requirements
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications and data analysis tools (e.g., Confluent, Superset)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
- Experience in process improvement and operational workflow optimization
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams at all levels
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
