Job Description
The Training Supervisor will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and performance across the organization. This role requires a strategic approach to identify learning needs and deliver effective training solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research within business departments to accurately identify learning needs and develop quarterly/monthly training plans, including tiered training programs for new hires, professional roles, and management levels.
- Develop bilingual (Chinese/English) training courses, coordinate with instructors, and create/optimize training materials (including PPT presentations, videos, and other multimedia content).
- Organize and implement both online and offline training sessions, knowledge-sharing meetings, and provide support for large-scale events, overseeing all logistical arrangements such as venue booking, equipment setup, personnel coordination, hosting, and instruction.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements by establishing a robust assessment system, utilizing surveys, business feedback, and other multi-dimensional evaluation methods, and regularly producing training analysis reports to continuously refine content and delivery methods.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with CET-6 or equivalent English proficiency (clear written expression and fluent oral communication skills).
- 3-5 years of corporate training experience, with comprehensive knowledge of organizing and implementing both online and offline training programs.
- Strong ability to plan learning activities, design promotional content, and proficiency in PPT creation, with a creative mindset.
- Excellent learning ability, logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong team spirit, high work execution capability, and good stress management skills.
