Job Description
The Product Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end product lifecycle of our exchange's core business lines including spot trading, derivatives, wealth management, and wallet services. This role requires a strategic thinker who can translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps while maintaining a user-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Design: Develop comprehensive product plans aligned with company strategy, conduct market research, analyze user needs and competitive landscape to formulate product iteration roadmaps.
- Product Development: Create detailed PRD documentation, user flows and interaction designs. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, QA) to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.
- Product Optimization: Monitor product metrics and user feedback to continuously improve functionality and user experience. Implement feature enhancements and process improvements to boost user engagement, retention and asset volume.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, risk management, compliance and customer support teams to ensure smooth product implementation while balancing user experience with business objectives.
- Innovation Research: Stay abreast of industry trends (DeFi, NFTs, RWA, on-chain derivatives etc.) and evaluate their potential application. Drive innovative product pilots to enhance platform competitiveness.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Economics or related fields preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in internet/fintech/digital asset products, with exchange or wallet product experience highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of digital currency exchange operations including spot, derivatives, wealth products and Staking. Strong capabilities in product planning, requirements analysis and project management.
- Analytical Skills: Data-driven mindset with ability to leverage analytics for product optimization decisions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and cross-departmental coordination abilities. Strong logical thinking, learning agility and stress tolerance.
- Language: Business-level English proficiency. International perspective is a plus.
