Job Description
The Product Manager will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital wallet and payment products, including financial services, payment processing, and cryptocurrency functionalities. This role requires strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications while ensuring seamless user experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Requirement Analysis & PRD Documentation: Create comprehensive product requirement documents covering functional descriptions, business logic, exception handling, and state machine definitions. Deliver separate documentation for APP and CMS systems with clear structures ready for development.
- Process Flow Design: Develop complete business flow diagrams including normal flows, exception scenarios, and edge cases with corresponding status documentation.
- Prototyping: Produce medium-to-high fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma/Axure/Sketch, covering core user journeys and page navigation logic. Coordinate with UI designers for final visual design approval.
- Development Support: Provide ongoing clarification during development phases, support frontend-backend integration, and participate in requirement/design reviews to ensure alignment.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis of global digital wallet/fintech products (e.g., Revolut, N26, Wise, Trust Wallet) to continuously enhance product offerings.
Job Requirements
- Preferred experience with centralized exchanges and payment systems
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- 5+ years of internet product management experience with minimum 2 years in fintech/payment/crypto industry
- Proficient in creating PRDs, flow diagrams, and state machine documentation with rigorous logic covering edge cases
- Skilled in Figma/Axure prototyping with portfolio demonstrating complete mobile product prototypes
- Excellent communication skills to independently manage development teams (~15 members)
