Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive user operation strategies based on market trends and user needs, focusing on growth, activity, retention, activation, and conversion.
- Refine user lifecycle management systems to improve data quality and segmentation at all stages.
- Enhance user profiling and segmentation systems through in-depth analysis of user needs and behavior patterns.
- Design and implement value systems and incentive mechanisms tailored to different user types to boost engagement and quality content production.
- Conduct thorough research on user behavior data to gain deep insights into user psychology and preferences.
- Collaborate with product teams to drive continuous upgrades and optimizations that improve user experience and satisfaction metrics.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology or related field.
- 3+ years experience in user operations, growth hacking or digital marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in user behavior analysis and data mining.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective user engagement strategies.
- Excellent understanding of user psychology and lifecycle management principles.
- Experience with user segmentation tools and CRM platforms.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across multiple teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in content platforms or community-based products.
