Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our digital asset custody business in the APAC region, driving revenue growth, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales and business development strategy to expand our digital asset custody business, with a focus on APAC markets.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets across all of Cobo's solutions: custodial wallets, MPC wallets, wallet-as-a-service, etc.
  • Identify, source, and close new institutional accounts as well as cross-sell and upsell to existing clients.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales life cycle: preparing presentations, product demos, and proposals, negotiating terms, and coordinating with other internal departments to successfully onboard clients.
  • Establish channel partnerships to build a strong pipeline of client referrals.
  • Represent Cobo in conferences and industry events, including being the evangelist and spokesperson to support the company's branding and marketing activities.
  • Become an expert in the latest market trends and competitor landscape, and provide feedback to the product development team to enhance our offerings.
Job Requirements
  • Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the digital asset or fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of the APAC market and ability to navigate its complexities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and represent the company at industry events.
  • Passion for blockchain technology and digital assets.
