Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the dual role of Company Secretary and Boss Assistant. This position requires a proactive professional who can efficiently manage both corporate compliance and executive support functions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all personal affairs for the boss in Singapore, including but not limited to meeting coordination, schedule management, and travel arrangements
- Handle company compliance matters and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements
- Oversee general office administration and operations
- Coordinate Employment Pass (EP) applications and renewals with professional agencies
- Act as a liaison between the boss and various stakeholders including clients, partners, and government agencies
- Prepare and maintain important corporate documents and records
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as required by the boss
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in executive assistance or company secretarial role
- Strong knowledge of Singapore corporate compliance regulations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Familiarity with EP application processes is preferred
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
