Job Description
As a Senior Social Media Operations Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive management of social media platforms to support business objectives. This role involves the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across multiple channels, including text, images, videos, and news updates. You will also be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with organizational goals, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement. Additionally, you will plan and coordinate online initiatives such as promotional campaigns, interactive contests, and Ask Me Anything (AMA) sessions to enhance brand visibility and community interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement daily social media operations, including content creation, editing, publishing, and sharing to maintain active engagement with the target audience.
- Produce and edit video content tailored for social media platforms, ensuring it meets brand standards and audience preferences.
- Design and execute social media strategies that align with business goals, such as increasing market share, improving customer retention, and driving sales.
- Plan and implement online activities to build brand awareness, including promotions, competitions, and collaborative campaigns with influencers.
- Manage user interactions by responding to queries promptly, addressing concerns, and monitoring platform performance for potential issues.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and collaborate with influencers to expand brand reach and user acquisition.
- Track and analyze social media traffic metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion data, to optimize performance.
- Stay updated with emerging social media technologies, trends, and tools, and integrate innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Design and implement tools and applications that streamline social media workflows and improve data-driven decision-making.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in social media operations, preferably 5+ years in a senior or managerial role within digital marketing or related fields.
- Excellent content creation and editing skills, with a strong ability to produce visually appealing and engaging material for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and experience in creating short-form and long-form video content.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and provide actionable insights for strategy optimization.
