Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for our Web3 operations in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. This role involves strategic talent acquisition, employer branding, and optimizing recruitment channels to attract top-tier Web3 professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job requisition analysis, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up
- Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies for Web3 talent acquisition in Vietnam and Southeast Asian markets
- Expand and maintain professional recruitment channels (e.g., LinkedIn, local platforms, and Web3 communities)
- Design and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance company visibility in the Web3 ecosystem
- Establish and manage employee referral programs to improve hiring quality and conversion rates
- Optimize candidate experience throughout the hiring process to maintain positive employer reputation
- Generate regular recruitment analytics reports (funnel metrics, time-to-hire, channel ROI) for management review
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in Web3/Crypto industry with established local networks in Vietnam
- Comprehensive knowledge of modern recruitment practices and employer branding strategies
- Proficiency in various interview techniques and candidate assessment methodologies
- Ability to conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates' technical competencies and Web3 knowledge depth
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), Vietnamese language skills are a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and time management skills to handle multiple concurrent hiring processes
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and optimize hiring strategies
