Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our financial platform team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies covering functional, API, performance, and security testing aspects. This role involves leveraging AI-powered testing tools to enhance efficiency through intelligent test case generation, defect prediction, and automated script creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test solutions for financial platforms across multiple dimensions
- Utilize AI testing tools to improve testing efficiency (including smart test case generation, defect prediction, and automated script generation)
- Conduct thorough testing for core financial workflows (payments, deposits/withdrawals, investment purchases/redemptions) to ensure zero-error financial operations
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines
- Execute performance testing for high-concurrency scenarios and produce detailed reports with bottleneck analysis
- Participate in requirement and test case reviews to enhance product quality from testing perspective
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of testing experience with full project lifecycle management
- Proficiency in AI testing tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor for test case generation and scripting)
- Strong expertise in API automation testing (Postman/JMeter/RestAssured)
- Hands-on performance testing experience (JMeter/Gatling/Locust) with independent test design capability
- Advanced MySQL skills for complex data validation and reconciliation
- Testing knowledge of middleware (Redis, message queues)
- Financial/payment system testing experience including fund flow verification, idempotency testing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience implementing AI-assisted testing (LLM-based test case generation, smart regression analysis)
- Programming skills in Python/Java for test automation
- Security testing knowledge (SQL injection, XSS, privilege escalation)
- K8s testing deployment and log troubleshooting experience
- Mobile app testing experience (iOS/Android compatibility)
