Job Description: Strong cross-departmental communication skills, capable of independently handling emergencies and escalated issues. Familiar with Korean exchanges and able to accurately understand the trading needs of Korean users. Job Requirements: ① Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in blockchain exchanges ② Willing to work night shifts with rotating schedules (two days on, two days off, 9:00 AM–9:00 PM) ③ Native Chinese speaker (or fluent in Chinese), with Korean proficiency as a secondary working language
