Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a personalized research process that involves qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify the latest industry trends, market changes, and new innovations across the blockchain industry
• Conduct deep-dive research on topics like L1s, L2s, monolithic vs. modular blockchains, existing and new dApps, and other relevant areas
• Communicate with our internal and external audience through various channels including emails, telegram channels, blog posts, and twitter threads about the state of the crypto industry and its future direction
• Work with data using tools like Excel, SQL, Python to form analyses and present them in digestible charts and other data visualizations
• Contribute to multiple projects and adapt to the dynamic needs of a fast-growing organization
• Collaborate with the investment team on due diligence of prospective investments

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methods
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, including L1/L2 solutions and dApps
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Python
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create clear and compelling data visualizations
• Adaptability and willingness to take on various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with investment teams is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in blockchain research or cryptocurrency analysis
• Published research or articles in the blockchain/crypto space
• Strong network within the blockchain/crypto community
• Understanding of financial markets and investment principles
