Job Description
As a key member of the advertising sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic relationship development with regional brands, advertisers, and agencies across diverse categories. This includes adapting to evolving client needs and market trends while mastering the full spectrum of ad sales operations. Your role will involve negotiating customized advertising campaigns, designing innovative ad units and placements, and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts. You will also support the creation and execution of sales strategies by conducting in-depth market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and investment trend research. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of business plans, sales presentations, and reference materials, delivering these to potential clients including C-level executives. The position requires managing the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, while ensuring seamless integration of advertising solutions. You will maintain competitive advantage by monitoring marketplace dynamics, analyzing ad pricing structures, and performing due diligence on clients and industries. Client relationship management is a core focus, involving feedback tracking, performance reporting, and proactive issue resolution. You will utilize CRM systems to document all client interactions and ensure the client database remains current. Finally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project execution with financial targets, supporting the achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
