Job Description
We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to grow and engage our online community. You will be responsible for developing strategies to increase participation in our product and key programs, while fostering a loyal Brand Ambassador group.
Key Responsibilities
- Growing the following of community channels through strategic engagement and content planning.
- Executing impactful community initiatives to drive participation in our product and key programs, such as referral and loyalty programs.
- Setting up and expanding a loyal Brand Ambassador group to strengthen brand advocacy.
- Curating user feedback into actionable product feature suggestions for internal teams.
- Providing valuable inputs into strategic initiatives and marketing campaigns based on community insights.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, social media, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of engagement strategies and community growth tactics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with community members.
- Ability to analyze feedback and translate it into actionable business insights.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging initiatives and campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing Brand Ambassador or influencer programs.
- Familiarity with referral and loyalty program mechanics.
- Background in product marketing or customer feedback analysis.
