Job Description
This role focuses on driving community growth and engagement through strategic initiatives. The primary objective is to foster a vibrant, self-sustaining community by developing and executing targeted outreach programs. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure community activities align with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement community engagement strategies to promote organic community growth
  • Identify potential community partners, leaders, and advocates for future collaboration opportunities
  • Listen, track, and manage community platforms such as Telegram, Discord, and other social channels to understand users' opinions on the project
  • Monitor community engagement metrics and provide marketing optimization suggestions based on data analysis
  • Develop content calendars for community interactions, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create campaigns that enhance community participation and loyalty
  • Conduct regular community sentiment analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Organize virtual events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and other interactive sessions to strengthen community relationships
  • Track user feedback and implement changes to improve community experience and satisfaction
  • Stay updated on emerging community platforms and technologies to maintain a competitive edge
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in community management or related fields with a strong track record of growth
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret community data and derive actionable insights
  • Proficiency in managing social media platforms and community tools such as Discord, Telegram, and Slack
