Job Description
The Security Compliance Manager will oversee and enhance the security compliance framework across business lines. This role involves evaluating compliance status, identifying challenges, and implementing effective solutions to ensure adherence to security standards. The manager will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive compliance initiatives and align them with company-wide security strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate the security compliance status of business lines, identify pain points and difficulties, and formulate targeted solutions.
- Coordinate the implementation of internal and external resources to address compliance gaps.
- Establish and maintain effective communication mechanisms with business teams to understand frontline security compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with business teams to enhance the security compliance capabilities of the business line.
- Promote and oversee the company's unified information security compliance project.
- Control project timelines and ensure business lines adhere to company-level security compliance strategies.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in security compliance management or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills to identify compliance issues and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage projects and ensure timely implementation of compliance initiatives.
- Knowledge of industry security standards and regulatory requirements.
