Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced COO to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the exchange's operational strategies, enhancing user engagement, and driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the formulation of exchange operation strategies, and coordinate operation portfolio strategies and operation plans according to the operation strategy system.
  • Develop effective operational plans and strategies to enhance user conversion and retention, and reduce user churn for different types of users, and coordinate with relevant departments to promote the implementation of the plans.
  • Develop project operation plans to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collect the latest industry information from both domestic and international sources, and regularly make corresponding adjustments to the market operation environment, goals, plans, etc.
  • Manage the company's brand based on market and industry conditions to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Responsible for the coordination and daily maintenance of existing cooperation channels of the exchange.
  • Based on the positioning and overall strategy of the exchange, develop and implement phased promotion plans, schemes, and budgets, assist the company in exploring customer acquisition resources and channels on the online platform, and be responsible for the growth of exchange customers and business development.
  • Summarize data from various platforms for analysis and propose reasonable suggestions and solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within the exchange or financial services industry.
  • Strong strategic planning and execution skills with the ability to drive operational excellence.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of user behavior, conversion, and retention strategies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the latest industry trends and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in brand management and customer acquisition is highly desirable.
