Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Korean Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support through online platforms, addressing user inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and English, with additional Chinese language skills being a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve user concerns through online customer service tools
  • Identify and report issues promptly while collecting and organizing problem data
  • Analyze user experience obstacles to uncover customer needs and drive process improvements
  • Collaborate with team members to optimize service procedures and problem-solving approaches
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Job Requirements
  • Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken), Chinese language skills preferred
  • Strong business acumen with ability to grasp basic business concepts after training
  • Prior experience in financial services or knowledge of financial products is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including willingness to work night shifts when required
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or online support roles
  • Understanding of customer service metrics and KPIs
  • Technical proficiency with customer service software and CRM systems
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures
