Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish technical content such as blogs, tutorials, and platform documentation to educate developers on best practices and advanced features
- Create code samples, demos, and sample applications that demonstrate platform capabilities while providing practical integration guidance
- Actively participate in developer communities to gather insights on user needs and emerging trends in web development
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical content accurately reflects platform updates and technical specifications
- Design and implement content strategies that enhance user engagement across multiple digital touchpoints including social media, forums, and developer portals
- Monitor and analyze community feedback to identify areas for improvement in existing documentation and product features

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in technical writing, documentation development, or content creation for developer audiences
- Strong understanding of web development technologies and platform architecture to create accurate technical content
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language
- Proficiency in Markdown, API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman), and content management systems for documentation hosting
- Experience with community management platforms (Discord, Telegram, Slack) and social media analytics tools
- Ability to create and maintain technical content libraries that are easily searchable and up-to-date
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in technical documentation and sample code
- Experience with content lifecycle management including creation, review, publishing, and maintenance processes
