Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish technical content such as blogs, tutorials, and platform documentation to educate developers on best practices and advanced features
• Create code samples, demos, and sample applications that demonstrate platform capabilities while providing practical integration guidance
• Actively participate in developer communities to gather insights on user needs and emerging trends in web development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical content accurately reflects platform updates and technical specifications
• Design and implement content strategies that enhance user engagement across multiple digital touchpoints including social media, forums, and developer portals
• Monitor and analyze community feedback to identify areas for improvement in existing documentation and product features
• Stay current with industry best practices and incorporate them into documentation updates and content creation processes
• Develop and maintain a consistent content style guide that aligns with brand voice and technical communication standards
• Organize and moderate community events, webinars, and Q&A sessions to build developer relationships and promote platform adoption
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create content that supports product launch campaigns and technical outreach initiatives

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in technical writing, documentation development, or content creation for developer audiences
• Strong understanding of web development technologies and platform architecture to create accurate technical content
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language
• Proficiency in Markdown, API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman), and content management systems for documentation hosting
• Experience with community management platforms (Discord, Telegram, Slack) and social media analytics tools
• Ability to create and maintain technical content libraries that are easily searchable and up-to-date
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy in technical documentation and sample code
• Experience with content lifecycle management including creation, review, publishing, and maintenance processes
• Knowledge of SEO best practices to ensure technical content reaches the right audience effectively
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality content outputs
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, etc.) to validate technical accuracy in content creation
• Experience with version control systems (Git) for managing documentation updates and content revisions
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize content creation tasks based on user demand and platform updates
• Ability to create content that aligns with both technical requirements and marketing objectives
• Experience with content localization strategies for global developer audiences
• Knowledge of content performance metrics to measure the impact of technical content initiatives
