Job Description:
Responsible for the high-performance, highly customizable backend management system reconstruction based on Tailwind CSS + Headless UI.
Work closely with UI designers to participate in the construction and maintenance of the front-end visual component library.
Optimize front-end engineering processes to ensure instant loading for large-scale data tables and chart pages.
Stay updated with international UI trends and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in successfully refactoring large-scale SaaS or fintech products is preferred.
- Contributions to high-quality open-source UI component libraries on GitHub are preferred.
- Deep understanding of UI/UX, with the ability to provide technical feasibility suggestions to designers.
Job Requirements:
We are looking for a mid-to-senior front-end engineer who pursues "beauty" and has deep technical expertise to lead the international refactoring of our core financial-grade backend system. You will not only deliver fully functional code but also perfectly replicate high-fidelity designs with a "tech-savvy" and "international premium" feel.
Must-Haves:
- Core Tech Stack:
- Proficiency in React/Vue 3 ecosystem: Ability to independently build high-performance B-end management system architectures.
- Deep expertise in Tailwind CSS: We don’t want candidates who only rely on default styles from AntD/Element. You should be able to precisely control spacing, shadows, and blur effects with Tailwind.
- Experience in implementing Design Systems: Understand and execute theme-based development using Design Tokens to ensure visual consistency.
- Visual & Interaction Implementation:
- Pixel-perfect execution: High sensitivity to whitespace, typography, and color. Ability to implement advanced visual effects like "Glassmorphism" and multi-layered subtle shadows.
- Complex interaction implementation: Mastery of Framer Motion or native CSS Transition to achieve smooth sidebar drawers, card hover effects, and page transitions.
- Data visualization: Experience with Echarts or D3.js to transform raw data into tech-savvy monitoring dashboards.
- International Perspective:
- Optimization for bilingual typography: Understand font priority settings for mixed Chinese and English text (e.g., pairing Manrope with Inter) and handle text overflow and layout adaptation in international environments.
