Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement user growth strategies through direct user engagement, including personalized outreach, conversion optimization, and retention campaigns. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track progress toward growth targets.
- Conduct in-depth user behavior analysis using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to identify patterns, pain points, and opportunities for improving user stickiness. Apply these insights to refine operational processes and enhance user satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing users by delivering tailored services and fostering community engagement. Integrate user-centric thinking with operational execution to create sustainable growth solutions.
- Identify and evaluate new user acquisition channels, such as social media platforms, referral programs, or partnerships, and develop targeted operational plans to convert these resources into measurable growth outcomes.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer support teams to address user needs, resolve issues, and extend user lifecycles. Participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate growth strategies and improve platform performance.
- Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in user acquisition and retention. Adapt operational strategies to evolving user preferences and business demands.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications in user growth or digital marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience in user growth operations, preferably in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech startups. Demonstrated success in achieving user acquisition and retention targets is essential.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in user behavior analysis, conversion rate optimization, and data interpretation. Proficiency in SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is required.
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate growth strategies to stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Ability to present data-driven recommendations effectively is crucial.
