Job Description
This role is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to business leaders, developing strategic HR initiatives, and managing various HR functions to ensure alignment with organizational objectives. The position requires strong collaboration with multiple stakeholders to drive HR excellence across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to provide HR support and guidance on all people-related matters.
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and drive organizational success.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and workplace investigations.
- Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with hiring managers and conducting interviews - mainly for Global Operations, SEO/ASO, Paid Ads, and Product Manager positions.
- Manage HR projects and initiatives as needed, including policy development, employee engagement programs, and process improvements.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on HR best practices and employee development.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a tech or digital marketing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven experience in employee relations, performance management, and talent acquisition.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working with global teams is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP).
- Experience in digital marketing or technology companies.
- Knowledge of international HR practices for global operations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR analytics.
