Job Description:
Position Title: KA Specialist (Key Account Expansion Specialist)
Key Responsibilities:
- Key Account Development & Management: Identify, develop, and negotiate with target key accounts to establish and maintain long-term partnerships. Implement a tiered key account management system and design differentiated service strategies to enhance customer lifetime value.
- Channel Expansion & Ecosystem Building: Develop and manage core channel partners, build a multi-level channel network, and expand market coverage and business scale. Design channel incentive policies and enablement systems to boost partner engagement and operational efficiency.
- Business Strategy & Goal Achievement: Set annual/quarterly objectives for key accounts and channel expansion, break down performance targets, and drive execution. Collaborate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure rapid response to customer needs, improving satisfaction and word-of-mouth referrals. Establish a data analysis framework for clients and channels to support data-driven decision-making and optimize sales strategies.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Resource Integration: Work closely with marketing, operations, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless processes from acquisition to retention and growth. Gather and relay customer and channel feedback to drive product iterations and service enhancements.
Job Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 5+ years of experience in key account sales or channel expansion.
- Background in Web3, CEX, or internet C-end business is preferred.
Professional Skills:
- Proven expertise in key account relationship management, business negotiation, and channel operations, with familiarity in customer lifecycle management.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to independently develop and execute client expansion plans.
- Data-driven mindset to refine sales strategies through analytics, improving conversion rates and customer value.
